Notice of Intention to Amend the Conflict of Interest Code
The County Medical Services Program Governing Board is proposing to amend its Conflict of Interest Code to update the Code’s filing-location language to reflect the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) electronic filing requirements for certain public officials who manage public investments, and to make related technical and conforming revisions.
A 45-day written comment period has been established commencing on August 20, 2026 and closing on October 4, 2026. The Governing Board is expected to consider the proposed amended Conflict of Interest Code at its October 5, 2026 meeting, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
